We pump down the tires to make them more flat, so they have wider surface in the snow. they float better then.

But, this car is a 4runner; not a Hilux.

In many posts we've spoke about your conversions are not flexibles. This is the first crossing of axes that I see in your type of conversions.

I knew it wasnt the same car, just didnt want to make a new thread for it since im afraid it'd be told as SPAM. but well those 2 work pretty much the same when it comes to suspensions, this one's a little bit heavier thats all

Nice SASed 4Runner, but poor snorkel!

I see it has Aisin hubs so it's a Toyota front axle, I assume an Hilux one (8'' diff as the rear).

I cannot see well in the pics, seems leaf sprung isn't it? Would be nice to add a high-steer.

Anyways I don't like so wide trucks, but I understand it's necessari to have a wider stance to float over the snow surface.
